Baxo LLC (“Baxo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Baxo platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when businesses use Baxo.

1. Who Baxo Is For

Baxo is a B2B-only platform used by organizations to run performance feedback and evaluation cycles. Individual users access Baxo through their organization.

Users may be under 18 if authorized by their organization. Baxo does not knowingly market to or solicit minors directly.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate the Service, including:

Account and Organization Information

• Name

• Email address

• Company name

• Role or job title

Performance and Usage Data

• Performance review responses (self, peer, and manager feedback)

• Scores, ratings, and qualitative feedback

• Usage activity and interaction data within the platform

Technical Data

• Device and browser information

• IP address

• Log and analytics data

Payment Information

• Billing and payment details are processed by Stripe

• Baxo does not store full payment card information

We do not collect payroll data, health data, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate and improve the Baxo platform

• Generate performance insights and reports

• Provide customer support

• Communicate product updates and service-related messages

• Send marketing emails only when users have opted in

4. AI and Data Usage

Baxo uses AI models (including Claude) to:

• Generate evaluation questions

• Analyze feedback and scores

• Produce summaries and actionable insights

Customer data is not used to train AI models. Data is processed only to provide the Service.

5. Data Ownership

Customers own their data.

By using Baxo, customers grant Baxo a limited license to process data solely to operate and improve the Service. Baxo does not sell customer data.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers, including:

• Supabase (database and authentication)

• Vercel (hosting)

• Framer (site infrastructure)

• Loops (email communication)

• Stripe (payments)

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to Baxo.

7. Email Communications

• Transactional and product emails are sent as part of the Service

• Marketing emails are opt-in only

• All marketing emails include unsubscribe links

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard information against unauthorized access or misuse.

9. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Organizations may request deletion of their data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
