These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Baxo (the “Service”), operated by Baxo LLC (“Baxo,” “we,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Baxo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use

Baxo is intended for business use only. You must be authorized by your organization to access the Service.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring their users comply with these Terms.

2. Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information

• Account credentials must be kept secure

• Organizations are responsible for activity under their accounts

3. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all data submitted to Baxo.

By using the Service, customers grant Baxo a limited, non-exclusive license to process data solely to operate and improve the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service

• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data

• Upload unlawful or harmful content

• Interfere with platform performance or security

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs are provided to assist decision-making but should not be treated as legal, HR, or professional advice. Organizations remain responsible for employment decisions.

6. Fees and Billing

• Pricing is per user unless otherwise stated

• Payments are processed through Stripe

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

• Baxo may change pricing with notice, except where price locks apply

7. Early Adopter Programs

Early Adopter pricing and features are subject to specific terms disclosed at enrollment. Baxo may modify or discontinue early access features.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Baxo may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service. Upon termination, access will be revoked and data handled according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Baxo makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baxo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Baxo’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
